Photo Editor allows you to edit your photos the way you want, using
lots of different tools. Most of these are standard, such as changing
color and altering the tone settings etc. There are, however, numerous
available presets to choose from as well.
Overall,
AVS Photo Editor is, in effect, a simplified version of Photoshop and a
more organized version of Gimp. It doesn't have archives full of
editing tools to browse through, but you should definitely be able to
